Women in Regenerative Agriculture
For the women in the messy middle of regenerative stewardship.
You’re not failing.
You’re navigating a complex system—land, livestock, finances, and life
Free Level 10 Regenerative Life Assessment
Identify where things may feel out of alignment, what may be creating friction, and what areas of stewardship may need more attention.
Because regeneration is not just about the land. It’s also about the steward.
You’re Not a Beginner…
But You’re Not Where You Know You Could Be
You’ve tried things.
Rotational grazing.
Soil health practices.
Workshops. Podcasts. Programs.
Some things helped.
Some didn’t.
And now you’re here,
in the messy middle,
trying to piece it all together.
Second-guessing decisions.
Wondering if you’re missing something.
Feeling the weight of responsibility… without clear direction.
Not because you’re doing it wrong—
but because no one taught you how to manage the whole.
The Problem Isn’t Your Effort.
It’s the Way You’ve Been Taught to Think
Most approaches, even in regenerative agriculture,
still break things into parts:
Soil. Grazing. Profit. Marketing.
But your land doesn’t function in parts.
And neither does your life.
So you end up:
Making decisions that solve one problem… and create another
Feeling stuck between conflicting advice
Working harder without seeing consistent progress
Carrying it all on your own
You can’t work with nature using reductionist thinking.
Regeneration Begins Within
I guide women land stewards into deeper relationship
with themselves and the land,
so regeneration becomes a lived reality, not just a practice.
Because the truth is:
The land mirrors the steward.
When you’re overwhelmed → decisions become reactive
When you’re disconnected → management becomes rigid
When you’re grounded → clarity returns, and systems begin to work
This is where real change begins.
A Way to Work With the Whole, Not Just the Parts
My work integrates three inseparable layers:
Ecology
Understanding how your land actually functions—and managing with nature’s operating system
Economy
Making decisions that support profitability, sustainability, and your quality of life
Inner Landscape
Building the clarity, capacity, and self-trust required to manage complexity
Because you are not separate from the system you’re managing.
You don’t have to steward alone.
The Regenerative Woman is a community for women land stewards who care deeply about land health, viable livelihoods, and a life that actually works.
It’s a place to think clearly, share honestly, and navigate the complexity of regenerative work — together.
I once was a corporate, city gal who purchased land and made every mistake possible as I tried to manage my land and make a living.
Then I learned a framework and became a fulltime, profitable rancher that continually moves towards my dream ranch (because it’s a work in progress)!
If I can do it, so can YOU!
Hiss Blessing Homestead
“Thank you for such a powerful class!
I’m excited to implement the tools and decision making processes on my own homestead to help me get to my future vision.”
Waddell Farm
“Hardly enough positive adjectives to express the quality of the Christine’s passion to regenerate the soil, provide nutrient rich delicious food, and share wisdom so that we all may one day, do the same. I’m reluctant to say too much for fear Christine’s bounty will be swept up by the masses, but wouldn’t it be great if we all were healthy and happy?”
John N.
“Its amazing how intensive rotational grazing can improve forage in a relatively short amount of time!”
How I support land stewards:
I work with land stewards in different seasons — from early clarity to long-term integration.
Some people begin with conversation.
Some with learning together.
Some with deeper, ongoing support.
What matters most isn’t the format — it’s finding the right next step.
